Creating stories and capturing narratives is what I do—and what I love. Through imagery and words, I document history, reflect on people, and explore ideas. Whether shooting, writing, or blending the two, my work is driven by a deep commitment to storytelling.

The way I shoot and write is personal. It goes beyond the surface. I aim to get to the guts of things.

The femme fatale. The great cosmic mother. Your sister, your mother, your friend, your lover. I love to capture, connect, and create with women. Over the past ten years, a great amount of my work has been centred around women.

It’s common to have a dysfunctional view of the way you look today. I hope to pull that apart with you and help you see yourself for what you are. There’s a story where you look at yourself with loving eyes and see the women who came before you in your face, and the women to come after you in your vessel.

I unintentionally keep my distance from modern-day preaching on self-love because I feel strongly about still trying to be your best self. A lot falls between the cracks when it comes to ultimate self-acceptance, and I’m not fond of some of the common internet found approaches to the whole thing. From what I can understand, each human being offers a plethora of wonderful things, and it can be seen through your body, face, hands, and eyes. Sometimes, it just takes someone else to see it.

I listen to a lot of music and play a lot of music (violin). I’ve spent countless hours immersed in it, in all its forms. A significant portion of my photography and written journalism focuses on musicians and the music scene.

I began shooting bands when I was fifteen, and from there, built a portfolio of every band my younger brother has been in.
